Because candles are fragranced and made to order or in batches, burnt, used or opened items cannot be returned. Glass products can break in transit, so please record a short unboxing video when you open your parcel. If your order arrives damaged, broken or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or the video. After verification we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Bulk and custom-packed orders are confirmed with you before dispatch. Terms for such orders are agreed in writing at the time of confirmation.
